¶ Story
The very handsome Varysek was trained at the Royal Bardic College in Assetallis. While there (and several years younger) he was briefly the lover of Marica Sabalja, a young noblewoman and bard.
Well-trained, talented, ambitious, but young, Varysek took the position as resident Theatre Master in Kingsmark at the Faith & Fury Theatre upon its opening. He had been in town a scant half year when he performed at the wedding of Ksenja Bravich, an affair that turned to tragedy. Varysek believes that something of a curse hangs over him now on account of that event and seeks to complete the terms of his employment as quickly as possible and depart.
Varysek has had a few small incidents with the various members of the Red Stone Mercenary Company, the most significant of which involved Kester Revik using sorcery to impersonate him. Varysek found this extremely distasteful and has seldom had a pleasant word for the group since.
