Duke Kalino is the crown-appointed leader of the Duchy of the Ravna Highlands. An aging, difficult man whose most successful days seem behind him, he hosted Lord Savatri and the Red Stone Mercenary Company on their trip to Assetallis. Both Kalino and Savatri were nominated from their respective duchies and (before Savatri's death) had intended to make the remainder of the trip from Kereth with their carriages in the same company.
