Morglen is the foreman of the longest-running, most productive Cragshadow iron ore mine, making him the de facto mayor of Cragshadow.
When the Red Stone Mercenary Company was seeking the ruins of Ulricek, they stopped in Cragshadow. After an initial misunderstanding, the Mercenaries were hired by Morglen to escort a wagon of iron ore after three previous shipments had gone missing.
